RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return an item?
It’s simple! To return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the return form found on the back of your order confirmation.
2. Ensure the item is unworn and has all original tags attached.

Important: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Can I exchange an item?
To exchange the size or model of a garment, please fill out the form [HERE].
The same quality requirements and 30-day window apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Once we receive your parcel, we will ship the new selected knitwear within 2-3 business days. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable but are valid for 12 months. Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged within a 30-day period for other items or a new gift card.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) within 24 hours on business days (unless specified otherwise).
Delivery in Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) takes 1-4 business days.

United Kingdom with RoyalMail: 2-7* working days
FedEx Economy: 2-7* working days
FedEx Priority: 1-3* working days
*Delivery times are estimated and may vary by destination. Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.
Note: Pre-orders take up to 14 business days to knit. During sales, processing the shipping may take an extra 5 business days.
When can I pick up my order in-store?
Orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days. Please wait for an email confirmation before arriving at our studio in Vilnius.
SIZING & PRODUCT INFO
What if I am between sizes?
We recommend choosing based on your preferred silhouette:
XS-M: For a more fitted, elegant look.
L-XL: For a relaxed, oversized feel.
Our pants and skirts feature button-adjustable waistbands (up to 7 cm) for a customized fit.
I am 153 cm tall, will your pants fit?
Our standard models are designed for average/taller heights, but we offer custom length adjustments (up to 10 cm). Please contact us via email info@salanida.com to discuss a bespoke adjustment for your height.
Are your knits handmade?
Our pieces are crafted using professional knitting machines in Lithuania, combined with significant handwork. Each garment is hand-linked, finished, and quality-checked by our team to ensure the highest craftsmanship.

PRODUCT CARE & QUALITY
How should I care for my SALANIDA knitwear?
To ensure your knits last for years, we recommend:
Airing: Wool is naturally self-cleaning. Often, just hanging it in fresh air is enough to refresh the garment.
Washing: Using washing machine is safe! Use hand wash cycle (max 30°C) with wool-friendly detergent.
Drying: DO NOT use a dryer machine! Always dry flat on a towel. Never hang a wet knitwear on a hanger, as it will lose its shape.
Storage: Store folded in a drawer rather than on a hanger to prevent stretching.

Is pilling normal?
Yes, pilling (small bobbles) is a natural occurrence in high-quality natural yarns like merino or mohair due to friction. It is not a sign of poor quality. You can easily remove them using a wool comb or a fabric shaver to make your garment look new again.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
We stand by our quality. If you receive a faulty item, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If your garment gets damaged during wear (e.g., a hole or a snag), we offer a Repair Service for a €15 fee. Please contact us at info@salanida.com for details.
BESPOKE & INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
Can I order a custom length?
Yes! We offer length adjustments for the body and sleeves (up to 10 cm).
Timeline: Custom orders take up to 14 working days to produce.
Terms: Bespoke items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Discounts do not apply to custom orders.
How: Please email us to info@salanida.com to confirm if your desired model can be customized.
Note: Models like Madonna, Donna, Sotto, and Energia cannot be customized.
GIFT CARDS
How do I use a Gift Card?
Simply enter your unique code at the checkout. SALANIDA Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Can I return a Gift Card for a refund?
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the balance will be issued as a new digital gift card or store credit.
